Welcome to Zilla products. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our product, the. Zilla ("Product"), a brush with a water connection designed to assist in cleaning by using both water and bristle movement to remove dirt and debris from surfaces.
By purchasing or using our product, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our product.
1. Use of the Product
• Permitted Use: You agree to use the Product solely for its intended purpose of cleaning surfaces with a combination of water and brushing.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use the Product for any unlawful purpose or in a manner inconsistent with its design. This includes but is not limited to using the product in hazardous environments, on electrical devices, or for purposes other than cleaning.
2. Product Maintenance
• Water Supply: The Product requires a connection to a water supply. Ensure that the water source used is clean and free of contaminants that could affect the product’s performance.
• Care and Maintenance: It is your responsibility to maintain the Product in good working condition. Regular cleaning of the brush and checking the water connection for blockages or leaks is recommended.
• Warranty: We provide a 12 month limited warranty for defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
