The product sold by zilla products is a brush with a hosepipe connection that is designed to push dirt away using both water and brush action. We strive to ensure that the description, images, and specifications of the Product are accurate, but we reserve the right to make changes as necessary.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the Product, subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
4. Pricing and Payment
• All prices are listed in £GBP, unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of taxes and shipping fees.
• Payment for the Product must be made in full at the time of purchase through our available payment methods.
• Zilla products reserves the right to change the prices of the Product at any time without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price that will apply to your order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
• We will make every effort to ship your order within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
6. Returns and Refunds
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the Product within 14 days of receiving it, provided the Product is unused and in its original packaging.

• A full refund or exchange will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product, excluding any shipping fees or duties.
7. Warranty and Liability
• The Product is covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or neglect.
• Zilla products is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from improper use of the Product.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper installation and use of the Product in accordance with the provided instructions.
